Frank D. Martell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Until December 2006 Mr. Martell was the Chief Operating Officer of ACNielsen Corporation worldwide, the world leader in marketing information services, and Chief Executive Officer of ACNielsen Europe and Emerging Markets. He spent the past 11 years with VNU, ACNielsen Corporation and the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation serving in a series of global financial and senior operating positions. He joined D&B in 1995 as Head of Internal Audit, became Corporate Treasurer for ACNielsen worldwide after the spin-off from D&B in 1996 and held a series of executive positions residing in the U.S., Asia and Europe including President and CEO of ACNielsen Asia Pacific. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Martell had a 15 year career at General Electric in financial management positions including GE corporate audit.
