Edward L. Glotzbach, Vice Chairman, joined ISG following the company’s acquisition of TPI in November 2007. Previously, Mr. Glotzbach was President and CEO of TPI, responsible for all operating, financial and strategic initiatives of the business. He joined TPI in late 2003 after retiring from SBC Communications, and focused on TPI’s recapitalization before being named president in mid-2004.

Prior to TPI, Mr. Glotzbach was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for SBC, responsible for corporate information technology functions, including applications development and maintenance, data center operations, desktop and infrastructure issues, and other shared services functions such as billing and real estate. In this role, he gained broad experience in the operational and financial aspects of strategic sourcing while participating in insourcing, outsourcing and self-sourcing deals. Earlier, Mr. Glotzbach served as President of SBC Services and as CFO and Treasurer for Southwestern Bell Telephone. His career took him through a number of positions with AT&T and Bellcore, in addition to the posts at SBC and Southwestern Bell.

With SBC, Mr. Glotzbach participated in the company’s merger and acquisition activities, overseeing the formation of merger teams and information technology and shared service operational entities that resulted from the combination of multiple companies.

Mr. Glotzbach is Chairman of the Board of the Washburn University Endowment Association and sits on the Executive Committee of the Greater St. Louis Boy Scouts. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for The Laclede Group in St. Louis.
